Hi I’m Kim,

I am passionate about inspiring others to achieve their fitness & wellbeing goals through the benefits of Pilates at any age. I take a holistic approach to functional movement I offer classes that help create stability, strength, mobility, and flexibility with a grounded sense of energy and fun!

I am known for my nurturing supportive style, attention to detail while creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all levels. Most of all I love that I can make a real difference to my client’s lives on a daily basis…seeing them grow stronger and more confident makes me so happy!

What I love about Pilates is the holistic approach – strengthening and stabilising muscles that typically aren’t engaged during other forms of exercise. I believe Pilates has a way of synergising our mind body & spirit to achieve optimal energy levels as well as improved strength, resilience, and flexibility.

Outside of the studio you’ll find me walking my cheeky little Maltese dog either, up in the South Downs, strolling into the Lanes in Brighton or waiting for a low tide sunset walk on the beach. Likewise, I enjoy experimenting with food and cooking up a storm in my kitchen for friends & family.
